GUARANTEES AND GUARANTEE REFUND REQUESTS

In order for Us to offer Our guarantees, we are reliant upon You completing Our course in full (“Completes”). All OLA guarantees apply to the first course You have enrolled in and may only be used once by each individual student; there can be no combination of guarantees in multiple purchases. Guarantees are also not valid for bulk or group purchases, which are defined as single orders/invoices including two or more students. 

By accepting a refund for an applicable guarantee, You acknowledge that You may no longer have access to any content You may have purchased located in Your dashboard. All recordings, notes, and other bonuses will be removed retracted.

 

MARK IMPROVEMENT GUARANTEE

OLA is so confident in our Study Intensive Program methodology, we backup our Mark Improvement Guarantee! You qualify for our Mark Improvement Guarantee if:

  1. You have a starting average of a level 6 (or B+/75%) or above for the past 3 terms before. We do not offer a guarantee to students with a starting average of below a level 6 (or B+/75%). 

2. You have taken your exam within thirty (30) days after the last official class of Your course, and

3.You Complete our entire 12 Hour Class Topper’s Bootcamp


The following are the requirements to Complete our 8 Hour Exam Prep Intensive or 12 Hour Class Topper’s Bootcamp:

Attendance Completion. Attend 100% of the classes for 100% (entire duration) of each class. To verify attendance, You must use the same Zoom account for each class and not alter your email or name for the duration of the course. You must also answer at least 80% of the poll questions and quizzes posed by instructors during the entire course to ensure active learning engagement.

Homework Completion. Turn in 100% of homework assignments, on time and in full. Each homework assignment must be submitted by You in the Google Classroom before the submission deadline. Homework assignments submitted late will be considered incomplete. Because homework represents a vital component of successful test prep, OLA cannot grant exceptions or extensions to homework assignment requirements. Homework assignments must also represent a good-faith effort on the part of You, if the homework is incomplete, it will be considered unsubmitted. 

Practice Test Completion. Complete 100% of practice tests, on time and in full. Each practice test must be submitted by You on the student dashboard before the submission deadline. Practice tests submitted late will be considered incomplete. Because practice tests represent a vital component of successful test prep, OLA cannot grant exceptions or extensions to practice test requirements. Practice tests must also represent a good-faith effort on the part of You.
