Yes. Your resources remain yours. When you upload to Online Learning Academy, you grant a shared licence that allows us to present and sell your work under the Online Learning Academy brand — including watermarking for protection. This means your resources are professionally presented and safeguarded against misuse. If at any point you wish to withdraw your work, you're welcome to unpublish or permanently remove it — no questions asked.
You get to suggest a price for each resource you upload. Online Learning Academy will then review and may adjust the final price based on resource value, market research, and what students are willing to pay. This ensures your work is competitively priced and positioned for the best chance of selling. The final pricing decision rests with Online Learning Academy.
Yes. Every submission goes through a quality review before it goes live. This protects both students and contributors — students get resources they can trust, and contributors benefit from being on a platform where quality is the standard.
We do not accept copyrighted material — this includes content from textbooks, publishers, or any source you don't own. You're welcome to create original resources that cover the same topics, but you cannot upload copyrighted content. This is a strict policy and submissions that violate it will be removed.
Yes — and that's a good thing. Contributors who write strong titles, clear descriptions, and compelling previews consistently outperform those who don't. Online Learning Academy gives you the platform and visibility, but how you present your work directly impacts how well it sells.
There are no sign-up fees, no listing fees, and no monthly charges. We've made it possible for contributors to join, build their profile, and start uploading without any financial barrier. You only share in the revenue once students actually purchase your work — and even then, you keep 50%.
