Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 March 2026

Digital Products

Because our resources are digital downloads, refunds are handled as follows:

• Not yet downloaded: Full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Already downloaded: No refund, as the product has been delivered.
• Technical issues: If a file is corrupt or doesn’t match the description, contact us and we’ll resolve it or issue a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Go to your Student Dashboard → Order History and click “Request Refund” on the relevant order, or email support@onlinelearningacademy.co.za.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
